SATIN PRINTS
Satin prints are created using a durable 300g heavyweight photo paper. Combined with the printing methods described above, the subtle luster coating creates an elegant finish that maintains it's beauty over time. Canvas giclees are created using a 430g heavyweight canvas fabric that is printed, sealed with an acrylic varnish, and stretched over a 1.5" gallery wrap frame. Remarkably similar to an original piece of art, canvas giclees offer the opportunity to collect beautiful works at a fraction of the cost of originals. Vision Lab takes great pride in the quality of our goods. To maintain integrity and consistency in our manufacturing processes, we produce everything at our facility in Athens, GA. While we keep inventory of some items, most of our items are made to order. For this reason, please expect up to 5-7 business days for your order to be manufactured and shipped.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
If for any reason, you do not absolutely love your Vision Lab items, we're happy to take care of it. We offer a 180 day return policy on all products as well as a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Additionally, we provide an easy way to exchange / return your products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in new condition with original packaging. Our return policy is only good for products purchased directly from Vision Lab either on-line or at events such as music festivals.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All orders within the continental US are shipped via USPS priority mail with the exception of large stretched canvas pieces which are shipped USPS Standard Post. Once processed, priority packages will arrive within 1-3 days in the continental US. Standard mail pieces will arrive within 8 days after being shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail. If ordering international, simply place your order as normal and our shipping calculator will automatically adjust the rate based on the contents of your package and destination. Delivery times vary based on country. Vision Lab is not responsible for any taxes / duties that may be assessed by the country which the item has been shipped.
REFUSED ORDERS
If the package is refused, your refund amount will be calculated as the total of your order minus shipping costs. Refund will be processed once package arrives at our facility.
