If for any reason, you do not absolutely love your Vision Lab items, we're happy to take care of it.   We offer a 180 day exchange / return policy on all products.  Additionally, we provide an easy way to exchange / return your products which is described below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in new condition with original packaging.  Our return policy is only good for products purchased directly from Vision Lab either on-line or at events such as music festivals.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange your items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged.   Return shipping for exchanges is free for domestic customers only.  If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instructions below: 
1.  Fill out the exchange form.
2.  Print your return shipping label.
3.  Repack the item in the original box.
4.  Put the item in your mailbox or drop it off at a USPS location. 

We'll get your new item out within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.  Your return can be tracked through via track your order.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

We have made it easy to return your Vision Lab items.  If you would like to return an item, please follow the instructions below: 

1.  Fill out our return form on-line
2.  Print your return shipping label
3.  Repack the item in the original box and packaging.
4.  Put the item in your mailbox or drop it off at a USPS location. 

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund at the carrier calculated rate.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately.  Due to your bank's policies, this may take several days to post on your account.
Refund amount will equal total sale price minus return shipping costs.  If purchased online, sale price is traceable.  If purchased at events, refund subtotal will equal current price of item unless otherwise traceable in sales records as a different value. 
**Due to the fact that all of our products are custom made,  we only accept returns up to $250.  We are happy to exchange for larger orders.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit/debit card company to see when the refund will post.  Depending on your bank,  it may take several days before your refund shows on your account.
If your refund does not post within 10 days of receiving refund approval e-mail, please contact us.


SALE ITEMS

Sale items are not eligible for refund.  However, the amount will be credited toward the user account in full.  This excludes the 10% off new account promotion.  Customers using this promotion are eligible to return these items if desired. 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you (not the purchaser), you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser.

ITEMS PURCHASED FROM A THIRD PARTY RETAILER

We do not accept returns if the item was not purchased directly from Vision Lab.  Please return items purchased from other retailers directly to that retailer.
