RETURNS / EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY


We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on all products, with the exception of a few non-returnable items listed below. The 30-day window initiates on the date the order is delivered to the customer. To be eligible for return or exchange the product must be in a new, unused, and unwashed condition and may not contain odors, stains, or debris. All original tags must be present on return/exchange item(s) in original form.

We only offer returns and exchanges for products purchased from visionlabart.com or official Vision Lab vending booths at festivals and gatherings. If item(s) are purchased through a 3rd party vendor or retailer, return and exchange requests should be handled through them per their policies. If for any reason a package is lost or stolen after leaving our facility, Vision Lab is not held responsible and is allowed to accept or deny reproduction of an order on a case-by-case basis.

  • Vision Lab does not hold responsibility for the reproduction of an order due to lost, stolen, returned, or unclaimed packages of any kind.
  • Postal Damaged Products – Reviewed case by case
  • Please take pictures of the damaged goods and packaging and email us immediately.
  • Do not discard packaging – Pictures will be needed
  • Failure to document postal damages may affect our ability to process your return/ exchange, and therefore affect our ability to reproduce your order. Vision Lab holds no responsibility for postal or customer damages and may accept or deny the responsibility to reproduce an order, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis after evidence is presented and reviewed.

RETURNS


  • Because all of our products are made to order, we only accept returns up to $250.
  • Refunds for returns will only be initiated upon receiving and approving the items being returned. Non-returnable item(s) that are mailed to us against our policy criteria will require customer postage payment to resend items back to the customer.
  • Refunds can only be made for the original amount to the original payment method used during time of purchase. Returned funds are non-transferrable.
  • Due to various processing times among banks, please allow 1-3 business days after the initiation of your return to see a reflection of your refund in your account. If your refund does not post within 10 days of receiving refund approval e-mail, please e-mail us at lo@visionlabart.com with your name and order number.

EXCHANGES


  • Because all of our products are made to order, we only accept exchanges with a value up to $500.
  • We are happy to exchange your items if they are the wrong size.
  • If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly fix or replace the item for you. This excludes postal damage and customer inflicted damages.
  • We will get your new item(s) shipped within 5-7 business days upon receiving and approving the returned item(s), and will e-mail updated tracking information once the item ships.
  • Vision Lab provides one label per applicable order. Any additional returns/ exchanges will require full postage paid for by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


  • All international customers are responsible for paying any postage, duties, taxes, and/or fees associated with importing the package.
  • Returned packages due to unpaid import fees will result in a 25% restocking fee.

GIFTS & HOLIDAY RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY


  • Orders placed in November and December may be returned through January 31st of the following year.
  • Gifts are non-returnable to anyone other than the person whose name is associated with the original form of payment used during checkout. As with all returns / exchanges, refunds are non-transferable and must be submitted to the original form of payment.
  • Please contact info@visionlabart.com if you have a gift you would like to exchange and please include the purchasers name so that we can locate the original order for processing.
  • All other return/exchange policies indicated on our original exchange/return page apply for Holiday returns/exchanges, other than the date extension mentioned above. Please review prior to purchasing

INITIATING A RETURN / EXCHANGE


  • Please review all policies before submitting your request.
  • By submitting your request, you agree that the item(s) meet all of the outlined criteria above.
  • To submit your request, please email info@visionlabart.com and include the following:
  • E-mail subject: Vision Lab Return (or) Exchange
  • Full name, order number, reason for return/ exchange
  • Clearly specify which items you are returning/ exchanging
  • If exchanging, please clearly indicate the new item(s) you would like to exchange for including product type, design, and size if applicable.
  • If your item has a defect, please include pictures with your e-mail.
  • If your item was damaged in shipping, please include pictures of the packaging as it was received.
  • Allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and review your request. Once your request has been approved, we will e-mail you a prepaid return label with further instructions.
  • Labels are only provided for customers with the United States. International Customers are responsible for mailing their returns/ exchanges, and for paying for shipping back (see address below). Vision Lab holds no responsibility for lost international returns/ exchanges.
  • Prepaid labels will expire 14 days from the date you receive it. Failure to use the label within the allotted time will result in the customer being responsible for return shipping costs.

SHIPPING INFO

SHIPPING POLICY


All of the products at Vision Lab are made-on-demand at our facility in Athens, GA. Please expect approximately 5-7 business days for your order to be manufactured and processed for shipping. During peak times of the year, this timeline may change to accommodate for large volumes of incoming orders. A tracking number will be sent to your email when your items have shipped.

Yoga mats and art items are shipped separately from our sewn goods, and you will be provided individual tracking numbers for these items. Due to separate shipping needs and our made-on-demand environment, you may find that some items in your order ship faster than others.

Please review our return/exchange policy prior to making any purchases. Vision Lab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages and is not responsible for the re-production of the content(s) in the lost/stolen/unclaimed package.

DOMESTIC ORDERS


All orders within the continental US are shipped via USPS priority mail with the exception of large stretched canvas pieces, which are shipped USPS Standard Post. Once processed, priority packages will arrive within 1-3 days in the continental US. Standard mail pieces will arrive within 8 days after being shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail. If ordering international, simply place your order as normal and our shipping calculator will automatically adjust the rate based on the contents of your package and destination. Delivery times vary based on country and typically range from 7-21 days. Vision Lab is not responsible for any taxes/ duties that may be assessed by the country to which the item is being shipped.

REFUSED ORDERS


If the package is refused, your refund amount will be calculated as the total of your order minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Your refund will only be processed once package arrives back at our facility and evaluated for damages.

How do I use a promotional code?

Once you are to the point of entering your checkout information, there will be a box titled “Discount” to enter the promotional code. Enter the promotional code here and click “Apply” for the discount to be applied to your cart. There is a limit of one discount per order.

How do I use a store credit?

Any store credits issued by Vision Lab will be viewable in your account. After adding items to your cart and proceeding to the checkout process, you will see the assigned credit value subtracted from your total.

Do I need an account to place an order with Vision Lab?

You can check out on visionlabart.com with a registered account or as a guest. Creating an account makes the checkout process easier when ordering in the future and gives you the option to stay in touch with us via our newsletter and other promotional offers. First time orders also get a 15% off discount for the first order with the account.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have an account, you can check your order status by simply signing into your account and selecting your order. If you made a purchase as a guest, please fill out our contact form with your e-mail and order number. Your order status will show automatically. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

What options are available for payment?

Vision Lab accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and AfterPay.

Does Vision Lab charge sales tax?

At this time, Vision Lab only charges sales tax to orders with billing and shipping addresses within Georgia, USA.

Can I change my order?

If you would like to change your order, please contact customer service immediately and we will do our best to make the requested revisions. Orders must be changed within 24 hours of being processed. If your order has been shipped before you could request the change, we have an easy exchange policy that can be found above

Can I cancel my order?

There is a limited amount of time that you can cancel your order. If you wish to do so, you must contact customer service within 12 hours of placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order and this time has passed, please view our return policy and we’ll be happy to assist you. Under certain cases, orders may be canceled after the requested 12 hour cancellation time, so please contact customer service immediately either way.

Does Vision Lab offer price adjustments?

We know how it feels to pay full price and see something go on sale the next day. If you have purchased full priced items that are now on sale, we are happy to offer you a one-time price adjustment in the form of store credit within 14 days of original purchase. Please contact customer service to request a price adjustment or if you have any questions.

How long does it take to process my order?

Vision Lab takes great pride in the quality of our goods. To maintain integrity and consistency in our manufacturing processes, we produce everything at our facility in Athens, GA. While we keep inventory of some items, we make a lot of items as they are ordered. For this reason, please expect 5-7 business days for your order to be manufactured and shipped. Note: During peak times of the year, this timeline may change to accommodate for large volumes of incoming orders. A tracking number will be sent to your email when your items have shipped.

What shipping options are available?

Your shipping options will vary based on the items you intend to purchase and your destination. At this time, we offer standard shipping options through USPS and UPS.

How do I receive free shipping?

USPS Priority Mail is offered for orders greater than $150 within the 48 contiguous United States.

When will my order arrive?

Your order may take up to 10-14 days to arrive. We are typically able to produce orders within 5-7 business days and then ship them USPS priority mail which delivers within 1-3 days in the continental US. Delivery times for international orders vary and are described below. Note: During peak times of the year, this timeline may change to accommodate for COVID-19 regulations, large volumes of incoming orders, weather conditions, and more. A tracking number will be sent to your email when your items have shipped.

When tracking your package on USPS.com, you can enter your text/email information to receive updates as your package moves through transit.

Does Vision Lab offer international shipping?

International orders are easy to process. Simply enter your address, and the shipping calculator will adjust your price based on your destination. International delivery times and rates will vary based on destination and items ordered. Deliveries generally take 7 - 21 days based on location. 

Will I need to pay taxes/duties on my international order?

Vision Lab does not cover any import fees or taxes for international orders. Thus, your order may be subject to such depending on your county's import regulations. Vision Lab is not responsible for any duties / taxes applied to your shipment. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes?

Vision Lab ships to APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

Is my package insured?

We do not insure our packages for the retail amount of the art inside unless original artwork is included. Carriers are typically very particular about reimbursing for damaged art reproductions. No reason to worry. All of our art is packaged with great care, and we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your art arrives damaged in any way, we're happy to replace it. Why have I only received part of my order?

Due to the unique shipping needs of some of our items, we require independent shipping of art prints, canvases, sewn goods, and yoga mats. If you ordered a combination of any of these goods, please note that items will ship as they are completed.
